Researching our client's websites before redesigning them provides a solid foundation for making informed decisions throughout the redesign process. It helps in understanding the current state of the website, user expectations, and industry trends, ultimately leading to a more successful and user-friendly redesign.
Producing information architecture for our website rebuilds is a crucial step that positively impacts user experience, accessibility, and overall website performance. I develop a roadmap for development to contribute to a more cohesive and user-centric digital environment.
I use a combination of both low-fidelity and high-fidelity Figma prototypes throughout the design process to leverage the benefits of each at different stages with my clients. Low-fidelity prototypes are useful for early exploration and concept validation, while high-fidelity prototypes are employed for more detailed testing and preparation for development.
Throughout the lifecycles of each project, I maintain update and feedback communications with each client under the purview of their state Supreme Courts, the American Bar Association and the National Conference of Bar Examiners. From kick-off meetings to post-launch, I am in communication with my clients to meet and exceed expectations and deliverables.

I have established myself as the sole UI/UX designer under the design lead at ILG and continue to push and expand my knowledge through new trends and government requirements.
